Graphic facilitation is the use of large scale imagery to guide groups and / or individuals towards a goal.

As a facilitator, I focus on the experience of the group but, also of the individual as part of the group. I create a positive and safe environment for sharing and interaction. Often, I design hands-on activities to get everyone involved and heard.

Through guided group discussion, I capture the current situation of the group or organization. Through images, I reveal underlying intentions and motivations. This enables your and your group to define your next steps and move forward towards your goal.

Together, we can accomplish a lot!

For example, we can…

Develop positioning statements.
Define a preferred future
.
Create action plans
.
Improve team performance
.
Generate new ideas
.
Build capacities
.
Create a strategic plan.
Identify systemic strengths & constraints.
