After a long and successful career as a software developer, systems analyst and database designer, Anne decided to turn to human systems: individuals, groups and organizations.
She received her MA in Organizational Development in 2007, through the Organization Systems Renewal (OSR) program at Seattle University. There, she developed her passion for leveraging sensitivity, intention, and creativity in facilitating organizational and individual change.
Anne has always been a visual thinker. In the math and computer science fields, Anne honed her skills in systems thinking, analysis, process mapping. deep-listening, and synthesizing skills. She has always had an appreciation for the arts, and feels very fortunate to be able to blend her business skills, excellent skills (deep-listening, analytical, synthesizing, visual thinking), and artistic flair to create graphical representations for change initiatives.
